Subteam Updates

Mechanics and Design:
Mechanics were building a mock field for the robot to practice on, and building the robot’s chassis.

Design was prototyping plywood models of some of the robot’s mechanisms and tinkering on CAD.

Programming:
Programming worked on the swerve drive code for this year, messed with the robot’s “vision”, and played with LED strips.
Electronics/Pneumatics:

Electronics raced to wire swerve modules (which control robot movement), and worked with the new motor.

Business + Marketing:

Our team set up the Spartronics Pit where our robot will be worked on during competitions. We also wrote the newsletter.
